I'm having a tough time attaching my heatsink to my AM5 motherboard. I've spent around 30 minutes trying to get these spring-loaded screws onto the brackets, but I'm finding that the springs just won't stretch enough to reach both brackets. I'm using a Peerless Assassin heatsink and fans. Any advice on how to get this done?

Have you tried watching a tutorial? It can be super helpful to see someone else go through the process. Just make sure you’re following the steps closely; sometimes it helps to pause and go slow!
Yeah, I watched a video that looks similar to my setup, but he had no issues attaching his. Maybe I’m overlooking something?
