I need some help! I recently uninstalled TikTok from my phone to concentrate on my finals, but now that I've reinstalled it, I can't log back into my account. I'm using my correct username and password, but it just tells me that it will send a login code to my email, and I haven't received any code at all, even after waiting for days. I'm currently logged into my account on my computer, but I can't do anything to fix this issue. I can't link a new email, change my password, or add a phone number. I've even reached out to support, and they told me that no email is linked to my account. But I see the email where the code should be sent when I try to log in! I really want to regain access to my account, especially since I have 11K followers!

It can be super frustrating when things like this happen! Just to clarify, you can’t link any accounts or reset your login info from your PC, right? This is tricky. Have you tried looking through old emails? That might help jog your memory about the account details you used.
Have you considered whether you registered through a third-party app? You might want to try logging in using other accounts like Google, Apple ID, Facebook, or even Instagram if any of those were previously linked. Also, check for any emails from TikTok to figure out which email you originally used to sign up and see if it matches any of your other account emails.
