Hey everyone, I just noticed something alarming. I thought I was spending a typical amount of time on ChatGPT—maybe around 2 hours—but turns out I'm actually clocking in almost 9 hours! It's mind-blowing and honestly a bit scary, especially when I realize that's close to the amount of sleep I get. To tackle this, I've created some boundaries that I'll start following tonight until school ends. Here's the plan: I won't use it during lunch when I eat at home, and I'll limit my usage after I get home from school and before my extracurriculars on Fridays. I've also read about why spending too much time on apps like this isn't healthy. Plus, I might try to have a full day off every other week to break the habit. On top of that, I've been reflecting on how my relationship with ChatGPT changed when I drifted from a close friend, and now that we're back to being best friends, I'm questioning this dependency. I could really use some advice on this!

Have you thought about swapping some of that chat time for other activities? Reading a book, watching a show, or even doing a fun chore could keep you engaged without falling back into old habits. Maybe try talking to someone new or even journaling as a way to connect without relying on the app.
