Struggling with Image Generation Constraints – Need Suggestions!

I'm really feeling the frustration with the limitations on image creation tools. To give you some context, I'm a surgeon, and I often need medical images for my studies. A friend of mine, who's a PA student, shared a funny story about struggling to use a large needle driver for suturing while working with a super tall surgeon. I thought it would be hilarious to create an image roasting him for it, but when I asked ChatGPT for a light-hearted take, it refused due to content violation policies. Instead, it suggested a different idea – like a tiny adventurer trying to use oversized surgical tools at a tall operating table – but then it didn't generate that either. Have any of you found ways around this issue or discovered better AI platforms for image generation? I have a lot of investment in ChatGPT, but I'm open to switching just for image work if needed!

Sometimes, you just need to tweak your phrasing a little bit. Medical topics can trigger those content filters for things like blood and gore. I usually start by saying I want it to be PG-13 before diving into the details. I had a similar struggle when I was trying to create a book cover with glowing eyes in the dark. The system refused at first but eventually I was able to simplify it to a cartoonish version that worked. Patience is key, so keep trying different angles!

You could also check out other platforms that might be more flexible with content generation. There are so many out there now that might give you the creativity you need without as many restrictions. Good luck!

If you get a content violation message, try starting a new chat and paste the prompt in there. Sometimes once a chat is tagged with a violation, it gets stuck and won't create images for you in that session. Just copy what you want from the previous chat into a fresh one, and chances are it'll work better there.
