Sometimes, you just need to tweak your phrasing a little bit. Medical topics can trigger those content filters for things like blood and gore. I usually start by saying I want it to be PG-13 before diving into the details. I had a similar struggle when I was trying to create a book cover with glowing eyes in the dark. The system refused at first but eventually I was able to simplify it to a cartoonish version that worked. Patience is key, so keep trying different angles!
You could also check out other platforms that might be more flexible with content generation. There are so many out there now that might give you the creativity you need without as many restrictions. Good luck!
If you get a content violation message, try starting a new chat and paste the prompt in there. Sometimes once a chat is tagged with a violation, it gets stuck and won't create images for you in that session. Just copy what you want from the previous chat into a fresh one, and chances are it'll work better there.
