Struggling with Stuttering on My New 5090 9800X3D Build

I'm really frustrated right now because I'm experiencing bad stutter issues with my brand new PC build featuring a 5090 9800X3D. Despite trying almost every fix I could find, I'm still suffering from awful 1% lows and occasional frame drops. This is especially disappointing since I purchased this setup to avoid the same problems I had with my previous PC. Has anyone else faced this and knows how to fix it?

What games are you playing? This could be a temperature, PSU, or RAM issue. I suggest running a CPU-Z stress test and a 3DMark benchmark to check your system’s performance, and share the results here so we can help diagnose the problem.

I've tried a bunch of games; I'll run the 3DMark test soon.

Do you use MSI Afterburner? Some folks experienced performance problems with power monitoring enabled. Try turning that off to see if it makes a difference.

It sounds like you might be dealing with an Nvidia driver issue. The 50 series has had known problems with 1% lows since it launched. That's something to consider.

Have you ensured all your drivers are up to date? Also, make sure you're plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard for your display. Monitor your CPU/GPU utilization as well—if your CPU isn't breaking 50% usage and you're seeing dips, that could provide some clues.

Is your PC prebuilt? If so, I recommend reaching out to Micro Center about your stuttering issues. They might be able to help you out directly.
