Hey everyone! I'm really at my wit's end here and could use some advice. My YouTube app is prompting me to update, but it's asking for my brother's Apple ID to do so. The issue is that even though I've got his login info, it keeps saying the password is incorrect. He even changed it, but I still can't access it. The weird part is, the YouTube app should be linked to my Apple account, yet it just won't let me update without his login. I'm super confused about why this is happening and how to get it sorted. Can anyone help me out?

Just a heads up though, if you delete the YouTube app, you'll lose any saved videos or data unless they're saved in your account. So make sure to back up anything important or check if you've saved those videos to your account!
It sounds frustrating, but here's a tip: the Apple ID linked to an app is often the one used when it was first installed. Try deleting the YouTube app and reinstalling it. That way, it should associate with your Apple ID, and you won't need to keep asking for your brother's login details.
