I've just built my new computer and I'm trying to install Windows. When I reach the "Let's connect you to a network" page, it tells me I need to install a driver. I see the driver installation in a different window, but I can't switch to it using Alt + Tab. Task manager won't let me change it either, and I've tried Shift + F10 but no luck there. My keyboard is a TKL, so I don't have certain function keys. Windows + R doesn't work, and I can't access CMD. Even tried installing the driver from a USB drive, but it shows up as empty despite the files being extracted from another computer. I'm really frustrated at this point—any help would be appreciated before I end up throwing this small computer! My motherboard is an ASUS B850-I, and I can't access the internet to download anything.

You can install Windows without an internet connection using a quick command. There’s a great guide on YouTube that shows you how to do it. Just search for installing offline and you should find it!
If all else fails, consider getting a cheap USB WiFi or Ethernet adapter. Many drivers for these types are included with Windows, which can help you get through the installation process. They're usually available at local stores, especially in larger cities.
That could be a good plan, but I'm in an area where shipping takes about two weeks, and I can't find one locally.
You might want to try installing Windows as a local user instead of online. When it asks for an internet connection, try pressing fn + Shift + F10 to open a command prompt. Then type this: OOBEBYPASSNRO and hit enter. This should restart the installation and let you proceed without needing an internet connection.
I tried Shift + F10 and it didn't work for me.
As mentioned before, Shift + F10 doesn't work for me.
