I was trying to play a new game I downloaded, and it said I needed to upgrade my version of Windows. I realized I was running Windows 10, version 1903, so I decided to update to the latest version. However, now my PC is stuck on the update screen at 100%. What should I do?

What game are you trying to play? Also, running an old version like that is kind of risky. It's surprising you didn’t keep your updates current, but hey, we all start somewhere!
Have you thought about downloading Windows directly from the Microsoft website and doing a fresh install? That might help get past the update issue.
