Suggestions for Basic Phones?

Hey everyone! I'm pretty clueless when it comes to phones, but I definitely want to cut back on my screen time—especially all that endless scrolling. I'm in search of a simple phone that can handle calls and texts without all the smart features, but I'd love for it to have decent quality. Does such a device even exist today? I tried looking it up but only found a bunch of secondhand options or generic listings. It would be awesome if it has a headphone jack or at least basic MP3 and Bluetooth capabilities. Fingers crossed something like this is out there!

Yes, these phones are definitely out there and they're becoming more popular! You can even find new flip phones that look like the ones from the 90s but are equipped with modern technology. I can't personally recommend one, but check this out: https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/hmd-2660-flip-128mb-4g-twilight-violet

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one haha. My first phone was a flip phone, so something like that looks great, thanks!

I absolutely love my AGM M10 flip phone if it’s compatible in your region. It handles calls and texts, doubles as an MP3 player with music on an SD card, and even has a built-in FM radio. Plus, it has a headphone jack and supports Bluetooth and 4G!

That sounds perfect, I'll take a look into it, thanks!

What you're after is typically referred to as a "feature phone." Most mobile carriers offer at least one good model that would suit your needs.
