Suggestions for Building a High-Performance PC on a Budget

I'm looking to optimize my PC build for the best performance while keeping within a budget of 2.5k CAD (about 1.8k USD). I want to ensure it can handle 1080p gaming at 165Hz, ideally running Cyberpunk at high or ultra settings with ray tracing enabled. I'm particularly interested in improving my GPU choice but am open to suggestions for other components if necessary. If you could also recommend a cost-effective combo that delivers similar or better performance without significant bottlenecks, I would appreciate it! Here's my current part list for context: [link]. Thanks!

You might want to consider swapping out the Ryzen 7 7700X for the Ryzen 5 7600X. It performs almost as well in gaming but saves you some cash. I’ve also found a reliable air cooler that's white, plus a less expensive 32 GB RAM option that's still pretty fast. For the GPU, think about using the RTX 5070 instead of the 4070 Ti, as they offer comparable performance but the 5070 has some newer features. I’ve crafted a new build for you here: [link] and it totals around $2069.91 CAD.

I'd suggest checking out a 7800X3D bundle that fits your color scheme. X3D chips really shine in 1080p gaming. You can save on costs by picking a different case, but you'll need a solid PSU to keep everything running smoothly. Here’s a good option: [link]

Overall, your build looks solid! However, if you’re aiming for 1080p 144Hz gaming, you might not need such a robust setup. A 3060 would handle that easily! As for RAM, 32 GB is more than enough. DDR5 is pricey right now, so consider trimming that down.
