There's really no single ‘best’ GPU; it all depends on what you want to spend. If your budget is around $400, the RX 9060XT 16GB is a solid choice. If you can push to $550, look at the RTX 5070 or RX 9070. For anything above $600, the RX 9070XT is fantastic.
What’s your budget? For a newer card, the RTX 4060 or 5060 would be sufficient.
