Before you tweak your components, it’s important to know what tasks you'll be using the computer for. Since you're running large AI models and not gaming, you might want to reconsider that high-end GPU. If CPU intensive tasks are your main focus, consider going for more cores instead of a costly GPU like the RTX A4500. You also likely don’t need the 1600W PSU. An efficient 800 to 1000W PSU should suffice unless you plan on adding more powerful components in the future. That way, you can save some cash for upgrading other parts of your build.
