I'm currently running an RTX 4060 with an i7 13700F, but I've been considering upgrading my GPU. The RTX 4060 only has 8GB of VRAM, which seems a bit limiting for newer games. I'm looking at the RX 9060 XT, but I'm wondering if that's a solid choice or if there are better options out there. My budget is between $300 and $500, and I'm located in the USA. What do you all think?

It's a good idea to think about upgrading, especially if you're finding the 8GB of VRAM to be a limitation for the games you want to play. Just keep in mind what's driving your decision. If you're not experiencing performance issues yet, maybe hold off until your current setup struggles more.
If you're seeing some stuttering or lower frame rates, that might be a sign to upgrade!
You really only want to upgrade if you're expecting at least a 40% performance increase. The RX 9060 XT is rated for about a 28% boost. It’s decent, but not enough to justify a total GPU swap unless you're going for a 5070 for better 1440p gaming.
Thanks for clarifying that! I'm still learning about these upgrades.

Yeah, I'm mostly worried about performance with newer titles.
