I've had my first PC for about six months now and I'm considering an upgrade to a 9070XT. Here are my current specs: Ryzen 7 8700G, 7800XT, B650m-E DDR5, and a 750W power supply. Before making the jump, are there any upgrades or changes I should consider along with the GPU?

Why do you want to upgrade so soon? The 7800XT is actually a strong card. What resolution are you gaming at, and what sort of games do you play? If you're not moving to a 4K monitor, you should be fine running most games at high settings. Upgrading to a 9600X CPU could help, but try the GPU first and see if you notice any bottlenecking later.
The 9070XT is a solid choice! Just so you know, your Ryzen 7 8700G might slightly bottleneck the performance because it doesn't quite stack up to newer CPUs like the 7500F or 7600. If you want to maximize performance, think about upgrading to something like a 9600X or 9700X, especially if you need those 8 cores.
You don’t have to change anything major right away. After you swap out the GPU, if you find your performance lacking, then you could consider upgrading your CPU. Just take your time with it!
I have a 4K monitor, and while I can game at that resolution, I usually play at 2K to get smoother performance.
