I'm putting together a gaming PC build for around $1500, and I'm considering driving a couple of hours to the nearest Micro Center where I could save about $170. My main gaming is done on a PS5 since my current PC struggles with anything beyond Stardew Valley. I'm looking to eventually get back into audio recording and maybe do some video editing, but nothing too intensive right now. I'm not super picky about graphics; if I can hit 60 fps and it looks as good as my PS5, I'm happy. I also want to future-proof it a bit for upcoming games and maybe dabble in VR later on. I plan to cap my budget at $1600, and I know my power supply is likely overkill, but I'm thinking it's a safe bet not to upgrade that. Here's the build I'm considering: [link to build].

I'd recommend going for CL30 RAM for better consistency. Other than that, your build looks solid! Maybe consider a better motherboard like the B850 for future upgrades, but that's just a minor detail.

Good to know! The motherboard is part of a Micro Center bundle, but I might switch it up if ordering online. Thanks for the tip!
