Thoughts on My First PC Build with a 9070XT?

I'm putting together my first PC build and would love some feedback! You can check out my planned parts list [here](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/CxZy9C). I've done a lot of research, so I think I'm pretty close to a solid setup. I'm also considering swapping my CPU for a 7800X3D for 409 euros. Do you think that would be a good move? Alternatively, I could downgrade my GPU to a cheaper 9070XT variant and use the extra cash for the CPU, but I'm concerned about GPU noise. My budget's stretched a bit as I started with a $1300 build and now I'm around $1700, but I'm open to recommendations. Is there anything I'm missing, or any tips on part swaps?

What's the deal with choosing the Mercury model? I've heard it's one of the louder options. Just throwing it out there!

I'm not set on the Mercury; I read that with a good fan curve, it can be pretty quiet. Plus, it’s XFX's top model, and the price difference for the higher spec wasn't huge, so I thought it was worth it. For the motherboard, I was going for a cheaper option but decided on a mid-range ASRock due to features, especially needing the PCIe slot for my GPU and wanting Wi-Fi. Just trying to be cautious since I've read about some issues with ASRock boards.

For just 70 euros more, you're getting extra cores and higher clock speeds with the 7800X3D. If you can swing it, I’d say go for it. Plus, it's more popular, so reselling it later should be easier if you decide to upgrade again.

You know what? Let's just go for it and enjoy the ride! This build journey has gotten pretty wild for just a little extra cash, starting from my R5 7600X...

By the way, if you bump up the CPU, will your power supply be enough? I see your estimated wattage goes from 500 to 600 watts. Do you think your 750W PSU will handle that?
