I'm looking to upgrade my over 7-year-old PC, which currently has a GTX 1070 and an i5 8400, and I want some feedback on my new build. I've done quite a bit of research on different parts, mainly focusing on the GPU and CPU, since I'll be using it primarily for gaming. Here's the breakdown of my planned build:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor - €384.90
- **CPU Cooler**: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 - €88.90
- **Motherboard**: Asus B650E MAX GAMING WIFI ATX AM5 - €159.90
- **Memory**: G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 - €107.90
- **Storage**: Crucial P3 Plus 2 TB NVME SSD - €122.90
- **Video Card**: Asus PRIME OC GeForce RTX 5080 16 GB - €1125.00
- **Case**: Phanteks XT PRO ULTRA ATX Mid Tower - €79.90
- **Power Supply**: Corsair RM850e 850 W Fully Modular - €129.90

The total comes to €2199.30. I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions you might have on this setup!

I think you should consider changing the RAM to something like CL30 6000MHz; it's known to perform better with AM5 processors. Also, while the P3 SSD is good, keep in mind it's QLC, which has a lower TBW. You might want to look for some cheaper options for the RTX 5080 as well.

I might suggest looking into a different motherboard. Asus has gotten some flack for their Armoury Crate software and RMA process. Just something to think about, but ultimately it’s your choice!
