Hey everyone! I recently built a new PC and would love to hear your thoughts on my setup. Here are the specs:

* **CPU:** Intel Core i7-12700K (Tray Type)
* **Motherboard:** ASRock H610M-AC (DDR4)
* **RAM:** 32GB (2×16GB) Hiksemi 3200MHz
* **Storage:** 1TB Kingston NV3 Gen4 NVMe
* **PSU:** Acer AC650W 80+ Bronze (Full Modular)
* **GPU:** MSI Ventus RTX 3050 6GB
* **Case:** Gamdias Aura GC2 Elite with 4 ARGB Fans

I'm looking for any feedback on potential bottlenecks or upgrades that could enhance my setup. I had to get this built at a shop due to a tight schedule, so I'm not too knowledgeable about the parts. Any advice will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If possible, look into getting a 16GB RX 6600 XT or something similar. The 3050's 6GB VRAM situation isn't ideal for newer games, and you might regret it in a few months when more demanding titles come out.

Honestly, the RTX 3050 isn’t the best fit for your build. It's a pretty weak GPU compared to the power of the i7-12700K. Consider upgrading to something like an RTX 2070 for a more balanced experience.

Yeah, that 3050 really holds back the potential of your CPU. An upgrade will definitely improve your gaming and productivity.

I mean, with the current setup, you might find bottlenecks due to the GPU. You could upgrade to something beefier like a 5060 Ti for better performance in modern titles.

I’d also recommend swapping out that motherboard. The ASRock H610M-AC lacks proper VRM cooling, which could lead to overheating issues with your CPU. It’s crucial to have a good motherboard to get the most out of your 12700K!

Agreed! A better motherboard will enhance stability and performance. Plus, it can support better future upgrades.

Also, keep an eye on that power supply. The Acer AC650W isn't fantastic. If you're thinking of upgrading the GPU, you might need a better PSU to support it. Just something to think about!
