I'm doing a new build for competitive gaming. I'm in the USA, about three hours from a Micro Center. Just have one 360Hz 24-inch monitor right now, and I want to keep the budget for the PC around $2000, considering I've already spent $1200 on the GPU and CPU. No specific preferences on color or noise levels either.
