I'm in the process of upgrading my current mid-range PC to a high-end setup and would love some feedback. Here's what I have right now:
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 3800x
- **GPU:** Gigabyte RTX 3060 Ti Vision OC 8GB
- **Motherboard:** Gigabyte X570 AORUS Elite
- **RAM:** HyperX Predator 32GB CL16 (4x8GB) 3200MHz
- **PSU:** XTX 650W Bronze (I know it's not great, don't ask why I still have it!)
- **Cooling:** SilentiumPC Navis EVO 280
- **Case:** Cooler Master TD500 Mesh V2
I'm also planning to replace a worn-out back fan with a new one from Cooler Master.
For my new build, I'm considering:
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
- **GPU:** ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 5070 Ti OC 16GB GDDR7 with DLSS4
- **Motherboard:** ASUS ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI
- **RAM:** G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB, DDR5, (2x16GB) 32GB, 6400MHz, CL30
- **PSU:** ASUS ROG Strix Platinum 1000W
- **Cooling:** Cooler Master MasterLiquid 360 Atmos ARGB
- **Case:** Keeping my current case
I've heard great things about ASUS being a premium brand for PC components and I want to ensure my dream PC is as good as it can be. Is there anything I could improve in this build? Thanks in advance for your feedback!

What will you primarily use the PC for? Knowing that will help determine if all your choices are optimal.

I'll mainly use it for gaming. I've had some performance issues with demanding titles and I play on a 1440p monitor, so I've updated my question to include that!
