Tips to Achieve 200 FPS in League of Legends

I'm looking to consistently hit around 200 FPS while playing League of Legends. Here's a bit about my setup: I have an Intel i7 10700K processor, an RTX 3060 Ti graphics card, and an MSI Z490A Pro motherboard. I've also got 32GB of G.Skill RAM (4 sticks of 8GB) running at 1600MHz, a 750W Gold-rated power supply, and a NZXT Kraken X73 cooler. My games are installed on a 1TB SSD, but I'm noticing that while I start off around 200 FPS, it tends to drop during mid-game. I haven't experienced any crashes, so I'm wondering if my RAM could be the issue. Any advice?

First off, check your GPU utilization when the FPS drops. Sometimes it might not be working at full capacity due to a bottleneck or thermal throttling. You can monitor this using software like MSI Afterburner or Task Manager while playing.

How do I check that while I'm playing? I've got three monitors—two are ROG Swift 360Hz and one is a regular 60Hz.
