Trouble Accessing HPE Proliant Gen10 iLO5 from Outside Management VLAN

I've recently set up iLO on an HPE Proliant Gen10 server, and I'm facing an access issue. Both my servers are on the same management VLAN. When I'm on a device within that VLAN, I can easily access the iLO web interface and even ping the iLO without any problems. However, when I try to ping or access the iLO interface from any other network, it just doesn't work. I can ping the default gateway of the management VLAN and other devices on that subnet from these remote networks, but not the iLO IPs specifically. I'm not sure if this is due to a firewall restriction or an iLO setting, as I can't find anything that seems to be blocking it. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue?

Did you double-check the default gateway and netmask in the iLO's IP settings? Sometimes those things can trip you up. Also, check the routing table entries because they could be misconfigured.

Not silly at all! I’ve checked it multiple times and it all looks correct, but I guess I'll take another look just to be sure. Haha.

I've accessed iLO5 and iLO6 without issues from remote locations before, so this is unusual. It's possible there's a setting that needs tweaking. Just remember, any changes to the network settings won’t take effect until you reset the iLO. You should see a warning about that when saving settings.

Gotcha! Yeah, I rebooted after changing the settings. In the advanced options, I’ve got DHCP routes, DNS from DHCP, and IP from DHCP all set to disabled. The routes seem to be 0.0.0.0 for each. Do I need to adjust anything there?
