Hey everyone! I recently got a Surface Go 1 with Windows updated and all drivers installed. I'm trying to connect my Xiaomi Redmi Buds 6 Play, but they aren't showing up in Bluetooth. I've noticed a bunch of unknown devices listed instead, with only a couple actual devices showing up, like a JBL speaker that's in the area. It's worth mentioning that the earbuds work just fine with my Pixel 6a and my previous Lenovo Ideapad. Any suggestions or fixes for this? Thanks! ~ Luca

First off, make sure your earbuds are in pairing mode. For Xiaomi buds, open the case and hold the function button for a couple of seconds until the light flashes. If they show up but won’t connect, try forgetting the device on your Surface and re-pairing it. Sometimes a fresh start can do the trick! Let me know if that helps!

I've tried that, and they showed up briefly but wouldn’t connect. I got an error message saying the device couldn’t connect. Any other ideas?
