Trouble Duplicating Display on Laptop Connected to TV

I've been connecting my laptop to my TV via HDMI for almost a year without any issues. However, today when I turned my laptop on, it's no longer able to duplicate the displays. It's stuck on 'extend displays,' and whenever I try to switch it to duplicate, it keeps trying to revert back while causing the screen to flicker. I can switch to showing only screen 1 or screen 2 without a problem; it's just the duplicating option that won't work. Both displays are set to the same resolution and refresh rate. My laptop specs are a 3050 ti and 11400H, and my Nvidia drivers are on version 572.70, which I reverted to due to previous low performance problems. I've tried restarting and even forcing it to duplicate in the Nvidia control panel, but the option isn't even available anymore. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes these issues can arise unexpectedly due to driver conflicts or updates. If you can access your graphics settings, you might want to try reinstalling your graphics drivers or rolling back to an earlier version that worked for you. Also, check if there are any updates available for Windows, as these could impact how displays are managed.

I rolled back the driver already, and everything else seems up to date. It's starting to get frustrating because it worked perfectly until now.
