Trouble Installing Ubuntu on My HDD

I'm having a tough time trying to install Ubuntu Server on one of my hard drives. It gets to the partitioning step but then crashes hard, prompting me to restart the installer every time. I've attempted this multiple times and even tried installing the regular version of Ubuntu, but it keeps crashing. Anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?

Have you checked if your hard drive is working properly? Running a long self-test or using `dd` to zero out the drive could help identify any issues.

Maybe this is a blessing in disguise! Why not give Fedora a shot instead? It might be a smoother experience for you.

Consider trying Tuxedo; it seems to handle partition installations better than Ubuntu for some users. It's worth giving it a go!

How did you create your USB installer? Some users have problems with Rufus or Etcher on Windows. Tools like Ventoy tend to work better. Also, make sure to verify your ISO before flashing it. What kind of server and hardware are you using? Any unusual setups like a RAID controller?
