I'm curious to know if anyone else is experiencing email delivery issues with Microsoft 365's Exchange Online. It seems like we're having problems receiving emails—some are delayed significantly, and some just don't come through at all. Anyone else dealing with this?

Have you checked if you're using ProofPoint? There's currently a known outage that's causing delays in email delivery. If you're using a different spam filtering service, let us know. That might help us identify the issue better!
Are you using ProofPoint as well? Because it seems like a lot of the delays are linked to their service for us too. Switching our MX records to point directly to Microsoft could help.
Microsoft just released a notice stating they are aware of the issue with Exchange Online. They haven't provided much detail yet, but they're looking into it.
