Hey everyone! I really hope to get some help with a serious issue. I bought a used HP Envy x360 a little over a year ago, and it surprisingly came with 32GB of RAM instead of 16GB, which was great until I realized I was running an unsigned version of Windows 11 Pro instead of the advertised Windows 11 Home. Downgrading was quite a hassle, as the system kept trying to reinstall Pro. Ever since, I've been getting random Blue Screens of Death (BSOD), sometimes just minutes apart, and I've seen various error codes, with MEMORY_MANAGEMENT showing up quite often. I've been dealing with these unexpected restarts for a while now but am finally ready to dig in and resolve this. Here are my specs:
- HP Envy x360 15-ey0013dx
- Windows 11 Home, Build 26100
- AMD Ryzen 5 5625U
- 32GB ADATA RAM
- 1TB Kingston SSD
I've run memtest86, checked the hard drive with CrystalDiskInfo, and used OCCT, all with no errors. I also updated the BIOS and drivers from various sources. I've linked a .zip of the minidumps in the comments. Any insights or suggestions would mean a lot!

To figure out what's really going on, you’ll want to gather those dump files from your crashes. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check C:WindowsMinidump for any files. Zip up any you find, and upload them to an accessible site—we need multiple dump files if possible for a better analysis. You might try using a site like Catbox or MediaFire since some others can be problematic.
It sounds like you’re dealing with a corrupted page file, which can definitely indicate storage issues. Try reseating your M.2 drive to see if that helps—sometimes they just need a secure fit. Also, make sure to check your backups before making any big changes!
Thanks for the tip! I’ll get on that right away. I had opened it up before to clean the contacts, so I’ll double-check to ensure it’s seated properly.
Got it! I’ll search for those dump files and upload them as soon as I can. Appreciate the guidance!
