Hey everyone! I'm dealing with some frustrating random BSODs (Blue Screen of Death) while using my setup, which includes a 14900k CPU and a 4070 Super GPU. This issue started around January, and it seems completely unpredictable—sometimes I'll crash three times a week, and then other weeks, not at all. At first, I thought it was related to the Intel 14th gen stability problems, so I updated my BIOS and checked the stock settings, but that didn't help. I also noticed some Kernel 41 errors and ended up replacing my PSU, but the crashes continued. After digging into the dump files and Event Viewer, I've found that the same bugcheck occurs each time, which is:
Bugcheck code: 0x10E
Bugcheck name: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL
Driver or module where the error happened: watchdog.sys.
Initially, I assumed the crashes only occurred while gaming, but today, after a few hours of streaming, I came back to a BSOD while using Discord. I've even turned off hardware acceleration in Discord based on some suggestions. I've stress tested my components, and everything passes without issue, so I'm really at a standstill. Is this a problem with Discord, my drivers, or am I overlooking something critical? I really need some help here because I can't stream or game without worrying about crashing! Thanks!

Also, it's worth checking if any of your recent memory dump files point to specific issues. Look for patterns in the crashes—like whether they occur with particular applications open. It could lead to identifying if Discord or a driver is the issue.
I’ll analyze the dumps and see if any patterns pop up. Thanks for the tip!
It sounds like you’re really deep into troubleshooting! Have you checked for memory dump files in the C:WindowsMinidump folder? Those files can give you more insight into what’s causing the BSODs. You might want to upload them to a site like catbox.moe or mediafire for analysis if you haven’t already. Also, let us know if you've set the dump type to Small Memory Dump in the settings for better tracking.
Good point! The more dump files you have, the easier it’ll be to figure out what’s going wrong.
I’ll check that out and see what I can find!
Have you made sure your motherboard has the latest BIOS update? Sometimes, issues like this can be fixed with a simple update. Just thought I’d ask since you mentioned you’ve done quite a lot already.
Yes, I'm already on the latest BIOS version.
Exactly! Look for trends; those can lead to solutions.
