Trouble with Daily BSOD on My PC – Need Help!

Hey everyone, I'm facing a frustrating issue where my four-year-old PC keeps crashing with a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) about once a day. It started a few months ago, and here's what I've got under the hood: I'm running Windows 10 (Version 10.0.19045) with an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, an ASRock B450M/ac motherboard, an AMD RX 6650xt graphics card, and 32GB of RAM.

I've shared some minidumps from the past week and results from a CBS log from running sfc /scannow. These crashes happen randomly throughout the day. After each BSOD, I run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and sfc /scannow; they catch errors half the time. I checked with CHKDSK, and everything seems normal. I even replaced the RAM, but it hasn't fixed the issue. All drivers appear to be up to date, and Windows updates are set to auto. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, I would be incredibly grateful! Thanks for your help!

To pinpoint the BSOD issues, you'll need to gather those minidump files which are crash logs from the errors. If you can boot into Windows normally or in Safe Mode, go to C:WindowsMinidump to check for any dump files. Zip those files and upload them to a file-sharing site like Mediafire or Catbox.moe. Having multiple dump files helps a lot for analysis. If you have only one, make sure to change the dump type in your settings for more detailed logs moving forward!

Looks like the crashes are happening on logical cores 4 and 5 of your CPU, potentially pointing to an issue with that core. These Matisse CPUs can sometimes develop problems. Have you noticed if the BSODs tend to happen when the CPU is idle or under light use?

That's a good point! Most of the time, I get a BSOD when I’m not actively using the PC, like when I'm away or just working on light tasks in Excel or Word. I’ve never seen one crash while gaming. Should I run any specific tests on the CPU to check it out?
