I've been facing some serious issues with my computer recently, experiencing multiple Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) every day. Initially, it was just one every other day, but now it's escalated to 2-3 times daily. The error message I'm encountering is "Bad pool caller". After checking the event viewer, I found an error that states the computer has rebooted from a bugcheck with the following code: 0x000000c2 (with additional parameters: 0x0000000000000000d, 0xffffd20807cc97b0, 0x00000000506d7054, and 0x00000000afc5ccc2). A minidump file has been saved at C:WINDOWSMinidump72925-15687-01.dmp. If anyone can help me understand how to fix this or what to do next, I'd greatly appreciate it!

To properly diagnose your BSOD issues, it's really helpful to get those dump files. If you can boot into Windows normally or go into Safe Mode, check in the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any files there. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a sharing site like mediafire or catbox.moe. If you can only find one or none, follow the guide at TenForums to change your settings so Windows creates small memory dumps instead. That way, you’ll have more to work with!
I’ve noticed that all your crashes seem to relate to TPM (Trusted Platform Module) code. Are you currently using BitLocker or any other software that relies on TPM? That could be the source of your issues!
I'm not sure! How can I check if I’m using BitLocker?
