I have an MSI motherboard that stopped working after more than two years of use. Now, when I try to claim the three-year warranty, the website indicates that my warranty has expired, which is confusing since it's not been three years since my purchase date (which is listed on the website). To make matters worse, I've lost the physical bill of my purchase. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

You might want to check with the retailer where you bought it. They should be able to assist you with the warranty claim, especially since you have proof of purchase in your MSI profile. Without the physical bill, it could be tricky, but sometimes they can look it up for you if you explain the situation. Good luck!
Without the original bill, you're going to have a tough time. You really do need some form of proof. Maybe check if you can find any emails or orders that provide the needed info?
Typically, they do need proof of purchase to process a warranty claim. If you can get a digital or alternative receipt from the retailer, that could help. Otherwise, MSI usually just uses the manufacturing date if they don’t have any record of your purchase. It's definitely worth pushing back to see if they can make an exception for you.
