I'm having a frustrating issue with my Alienware a51m running Windows 11 and my Risograph printer. Although I've used these drivers successfully before, they seem to have suddenly stopped working properly. My main problem lies with the .SHD files, which are either showing as 0kb or not appearing at all, even though the print console claims that the print was successful. I've tried restarting the spooler multiple times, cleared the .spool folder, and even noticed some stuck files in the printfilterpipelinesvc.exe process at one point, which I've since resolved. However, nothing seems to work now. I keep getting .SHD files at varying sizes like 0kb or 6kb that won't print. Restarting my computer is necessary every time I adjust the spooler settings. I just want to get my printer working again!

So, when you mention printing to USB, do you mean you're using a cable directly to the printer or are you using a USB drive to transfer files? If it's the former, have you tried a different USB cable or drive? Also, what specific model of Risograph are you using? Knowing if there are any updated drivers could really help you out here!

It's directly to a USB stick. The printer is pretty old and doesn’t have current drivers available. The drive works perfectly on another computer. It's just so annoying since this issue popped up suddenly; I've dealt with it before on Windows 10, but now I'm stuck!
