Hey everyone! I've been having some major issues with my Ryzen 7 2700X processor lately. Whenever I open any web browser, the CPU usage shoots up to 100%, making everything super laggy and unresponsive. This problem gets even worse when I try to play games; even low-demand titles stutter a lot, and again, the CPU is maxed out continuously.
To troubleshoot, I've already reinstalled Windows twice, scanned for viruses and malware, updated all my drivers, and checked for background processes, but nothing seems to work. Here are my specs for reference: Ryzen 7 2700X, RTX 3060 GPU, 16 GB of RAM, and running on Windows 11.
I'm starting to wonder if my CPU might be failing or if there's something else at play. I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions on what to do next!

Just a thought, if you haven't already done so, check your BIOS settings and ensure nothing is set incorrectly. Sometimes an update can change some settings, and that can impact performance too. Also, make sure you're monitoring your CPU temps, as overheating might cause throttling, making it sprawl at 100% without actually doing much. Hope this helps!
First off, I'm sorry to hear about your issues! Since you've already tried a lot of standard fixes, it really does sound like there might be something more unusual going on. You mentioned that it gets really bad in games; have you considered the possibility of a crypto miner running in the background? Those can spike CPU usage for no apparent reason. Also, when you reinstalled Windows, did you make sure to follow this proper guide? It can make a difference: [Installation Guide](https://rtech.support/installations/install-11/).
