I've been having a lot of trouble with my X570i ASRock Phantom motherboard, and one major issue is that it won't save the BIOS settings after a full power off or power loss. I've already replaced the BIOS battery with one I had lying around from an old laptop, but the problem persists. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can fix this?

Have you checked what HWinfo says about the VBAT voltage? Using a battery from an old laptop might not be the best idea, especially if it's already discharged. It might still register, but it could be affecting the BIOS settings saving process.

I looked in HWinfo, but I couldn’t find the VBAT voltage under the motherboard tabs. Is that voltage supposed to show up there? Also, does anyone know if that sleeved wired BIOS battery can be replaced easily?
