I'm having issues with my brother's PC where the audio suddenly stopped working while he was playing Roblox. It's running on Windows 11 and MSI hardware. I've already tried updating and uninstalling the audio drivers, and I ran the Windows troubleshooter for audio, but nothing seems to help. I've tested it with the monitor audio and two different pairs of headphones too. Should I consider calling tech support, doing a full system reset, or are there any other solutions I could try?

Have you double-checked the in-game sound settings? Sometimes the game's audio can be muted or turned down without it affecting the overall system audio.
Yeah, I checked and it's actually affecting the whole computer, not just Roblox.
