Troubleshooting CPU and DRAM LED Issues After PC Build

I recently built my own PC, but when I try to power it on, it doesn't POST, and the CPU and DRAM LEDs stay lit. I've read online that this could be related to memory training, so I left it running for about six minutes, but the lights are still on. I really need some help figuring this out! Here are my specs: 9600x CPU, MSI B850 Gaming Plus motherboard, 9070 XT GPU, G.Skill Ripjaws M5 (32GB, 16x2, 6000MT/S CL30), Corsair RM1000e power supply, and Kingston KC3000 (1TB) SSD.

I had a similar issue recently. Sometimes these builds can take a while to initialize due to compatibility problems or specific settings in the BIOS. I suggest giving it some time—like an hour or so—and checking if anything changes. It might surprise you!

I’m a bit concerned about your CPU temps if you're leaving it on for so long. Just to be safe, how's the thermal paste looking? If there's too little, it might affect cooling.
