Troubleshooting DRAM Light on Motherboard with No Display

I recently built a new PC using a Ryzen 9 5900x on an ROG Strix B550-F motherboard, paired with a 3080 Ti and 32 GB of Hyper Fury RAM. However, when I turn on the PC, everything seems normal at first, but the yellow DRAM light stays illuminated, and I can't get any display on the screen. I've tried swapping RAM modules and different slots, as well as shorting the CMOS, but nothing has worked so far. Does anyone have further suggestions to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

First off, try removing the CPU cooler, then take out the CPU to check for any bent pins. If everything looks good, repaste the CPU and ensure it's secured properly. Also, disable the EXPO setting and boot with just one RAM stick in slot A2. Running Memtest86 could help check for faulty memory, although that’s a bit unlikely. If none of this solves the problem, it might point to a faulty CPU or motherboard.
