Troubleshooting Frequent BSODs and Crashes on My Gaming PC

I've been experiencing multiple blue screens of death (BSOD) and random crashes on my PC over the past two days. It usually happens when I'm gaming, and the issues started when playing Nioh. During gameplay, my main monitor would glitch into a colorful pixel mess while my second monitor appeared normal before my PC restarts. Recently, I received two bluescreens: one with the error code DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and another with KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. My Event Viewer shows several bugchecks, including 0x0000001e, 0x000000d1, and 0x0000000a. I've run system checks like sfc /scannow and memory diagnostics, which reported no issues. I suspect my new GPU driver could be a problem, but reverting didn't help, and now I'm back to encountering bluescreens instead of the pixel mess. I've also swapped out my DisplayPort cable for HDMI, which just brought the bluescreens back. My system specs include a Ryzen 5 5600, 32GB Kingston FURY RAM, a B450 Tomahawk motherboard, and a 650W Seasonic power supply that's a few years old. Any suggestions on what might be causing these crashes and how to fix them?

First, let's focus on those dump files. If you can boot up in Safe Mode, check C:WindowsMinidump for dumps. They provide vital insights into what's causing the BSODs. Zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site since we need multiple dumps for accurate analysis, not just one. Make sure to set your dump type to Small Memory Dump for easier troubleshooting by following the guide linked in my comment.
