I've been dealing with random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) crashes on my Windows 11 system lately, even though it had been running fine for months. This happens whether I'm actively using the computer or if it's just sitting idle. I've tried various fixes suggested online, but nothing seems to work. I did a clean reinstall last week, and while it was fine for a few days, the BSODs returned yesterday while the device was idle. I'm worried it might fail again during my finals. Despite enabling the 'Write debugging information' option in the System Startup settings, I'm not seeing any dump files being created. The error I get says dump file creation failed due to an issue during the process, with a BugCheckProgress of 0x00040049. Any help would be appreciated!

To really get to the bottom of these BSODs, you need those dump files! If you can boot into Windows either normally or in Safe Mode, check for dump files in C:WindowsMinidump.
