I recently upgraded my PC with a new motherboard (Gigabyte B650), CPU (Ryzen 5 7600X), RAM (Corsair Vengeance DDR5), and cooler (Corsair Titan 240X). I also reused some old parts, including my GPU (THX 3060 Ti), storage (Kingston 500GB SSD and 500GB Samsung M.2), and a power supply (Thermaltake 750W modular). After assembling everything in a new case, my PC won't boot—only the RAM lights up. Currently, I can't connect both my CPU cooler and GPU since they both require PCIe connections, and I only have one cable available right now. I've tried booting with different RAM configurations, disconnected my SSD, and even plugged the case fans into the CPU fan slot as a last resort, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure you connect the power switch properly. Look for a couple of pins on the bottom right of your motherboard labeled something like PWR BTN or PWR ON. If that's not connected, your PC won’t boot. You can also try to jumper those pins with a screwdriver to see if that helps.
It might help to try jumping the CMOS pins to reset your BIOS settings. This can sometimes solve boot issues. If you’re not sure how to do that, I can explain it further. Just let me know!
Thanks! I’m not familiar with jumping the CMOS pins—could you explain how to do that?

I see the power connector on the top left—do you think that could be enough?
