I've been facing a strange issue with my PC setup. I built this rig around six years ago, and out of nowhere, it stopped POSTing when everything is in the case. I'm getting a Dr. Debug code 00, even though all components seem fine, as I tested them on a test bench and everything works there. Here are my specs: CPU is a Ryzen 7 3800X, the motherboard is an ASRock X570 Taichi, I've got an RTX 2060 Super for the GPU, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM (4x8GB). I also confirmed that it does POST with all four RAM sticks when tested on the bench. The weird part is that when I put everything in the case, all the fans and LEDs light up as expected, but there's no POST. Anyone have ideas on what could be causing this glitch?

It’s possible that the motherboard is defective. Even though components like RAM and CPUs rarely fail, sometimes motherboards can fail in ways that only show up under specific conditions like being in a case.
It sounds like one of your RAM sticks could be causing problems. Even though you've tested them all individually, sometimes issues only show up under load conditions like they’d experience inside the case. Maybe try booting with only two sticks at a time and see if it makes a difference.
Are you using the same PSU for both setups? If the power supply is struggling under the full load, it might be able to run the test bench fine but not with all peripherals in the case.
If the test bench works fine with everything but the full build doesn't POST, it might just be an issue related to the case configuration. Try booting without everything fully screwed down; just power it up on a non-conductive surface to rule out case shorts.
Have you checked for short-circuits? Sometimes the motherboard can short to the case if it's not mounted properly. It's worth taking everything out and double-checking the standoffs and make sure nothing is touching that shouldn't be.
