I'm really in a panic here. I was in the middle of gaming when suddenly my PC displayed a black screen that took over everything. After some quick searches, I found out this is related to a bluescreen error on Windows 11, known as 'Unexpected Store Exception.' The issue is that the percentage counter isn't progressing at all, and I'm at a loss for what to do next. Any advice would be incredibly appreciated! Thanks a lot!

Based on the error you're seeing, it might indicate that your system drive has become unavailable. Try hard shutting down your PC and starting it again. Usually, that does the trick. By the way, how old is your system drive? That could be a factor if it’s relatively old.

I shut it down and restarted, and it seems to be working fine now! I just checked, and I got the PC built for me just 2 months ago. Device care reports no issues either. Thankfully! Hopefully, it stays that way.

It sounds like you're dealing with a serious issue. First off, if you can manage to boot into Windows either normally or via Safe Mode, check for crash logs in C:WindowsMinidump. These logs can provide insights into the issue. If you find any dump files, zip them and upload them to a user-friendly site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com so you can share them for further analysis. Also, make sure you've set the right dump settings to get multiple logs. Good luck!
