Upgrading from a GTX 1060 3GB: Any Good Recommendations?

Hey everyone, I'm thinking it's time for an upgrade since I haven't touched my PC in a while. I'm currently running a GTX 1060 3GB and I'm looking to move to something newer. I've got a budget of around $500 and I'd love something that can last as long as my 1060 did. While I mainly want to upgrade the GPU, I'm open to changing other components if needed. For context, here are my current specs:

- Processor: Ryzen 5 2600X with stock cooler
- Motherboard: ASRock AB350 Pro4
- RAM: 16GB DDR4
- PSU: Corsair CX750

I don't primarily game on PC but I'd appreciate any recommendations. Let me know if you need more information!

I recommend going for the RX 9060 XT 16GB, which is around $350. You can save the remaining $150 to upgrade to a Ryzen 5700X CPU if you feel like you need the extra power. The only GPU that would offer a slightly better performance but is still under $500 is the 5060 Ti 16GB, which is only about 10% faster on average.

Totally agree with you! Just keep in mind that your current CPU might struggle with a $500 GPU, especially in certain games, even at 1440p.
