I'm currently using a desktop with DDR4 RAM but I've been having some issues lately—specifically, the main GPU slot has failed and the RAM is causing booting and crashing problems. I'm looking to upgrade to DDR5. Here's what I'm considering for my new build:
- **CPU**: Undecided, but I'm leaning towards an AMD.
- **Motherboard**: Still to be determined.
- **RAM Options**: Either the T-Force XTREEM ARGB (CL34 7200MHz, 16GB x 2) or the Corsair Vengeance (6000MHz, 16GB x 2).
- **GPU**: I plan to keep my RTX 4060TI for now.
My main question is: which RAM option is better in terms of stability and reliability? Both options come with a lifetime warranty, but which brand is more trustworthy?

Honestly, these days, I'd just go for whichever RAM is cheapest. Prices vary a lot, and for most regular use, you might not notice a big difference in performance.
Just a heads-up: you probably won't be able to hit 7200MHz on an AMD build, but it'll likely work just fine on Intel. Choose what feels right for you, though!
Thanks for the heads up! I’m definitely leaning towards the Corsair now.
What are the timings on the Corsair RAM? I'd prefer CL30 at 6000MHz over CL34 at 7200MHz for better performance.
I'm pretty sure it's a CL40.

Ouch, sounds like that might lead to some stability issues on AMD.
