I'm planning to upgrade my graphics card from a 3070 to a 5070Ti. Since I don't have the original PSU box, I'm unsure which cables I should get. I've done some research and found that I might need a 12v-2x6 cable or something similar. My current PSU is a Corsair RM1000x, and I've heard that if I use the cables it came with, I might need an adapter, which could be less than ideal. Also, where's the best place to purchase these cables? Should I stick with Corsair-branded ones, and is Amazon a reliable option?

For your upgrade, as long as your PSU isn’t 3.1 compatible (which it probably isn’t), you should just use the adapter that comes with the 5070Ti. It'll work fine! Normally, the Corsair RM1000x is a solid choice even if it’s a bit older. Just check your cables, and you should be good to go!
