I'm looking to do a small upgrade on my PC, and I'm wondering if I can use an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 (16GB) along with an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D on my AORUS 450B Elite motherboard. As someone who's pretty new to PC building, I want to make sure this setup will work. I've heard mixed things, and I'd love some advice before proceeding with the upgrade!

Your motherboard should handle it just fine. Just double-check your power supply to ensure it has enough capacity for the upgrade!
You can definitely make that work! Just remember to use DDU to clean out your old GPU drivers and then install the new ones to keep everything running smoothly. Also, I think you meant the RTX 5060 Ti, right?
Yes, that CPU and GPU combo should fit together. Just make sure to update your BIOS to support the 5700X3D and check that your PSU can manage the new components. You’ll be limited to PCIe Gen3 for the GPU, but the 16GB version of the 5060 Ti should still perform well enough, even with that limitation. There's a great video on the performance impact if you're interested!
Thanks! My friend mentioned this setup should keep me satisfied for a few years since I'm not too picky about having everything on ultra settings. Now I just need to figure out how to update the BIOS!
Yeah, that's the full name of the card!
