Hey everyone! I recently upgraded from an RTX 2060 to an MSI 5070 Ti, and I'm facing a little hiccup with my power supply. I'm currently using a Seasonic Prime Ultra Platinum 1300W PSU, which I've had for a few years. MSI provided an adapter, but they mentioned I shouldn't daisy-chain the connections. The problem is, I only have that one PCIe cable. How should I handle connecting this new GPU? Do I need to purchase additional cables?

I can share my experience; one of my kids uses a different PSU with a 5080, and it's been working great. You can check it out here: https://www.amazon.com/NZXT-C850-Gold-ATX-3-1/dp/B0D1VDTX8B. Might be worth considering if you decide to switch!
Honestly, it seems like you might need to consider getting a new PSU. The daisy-chaining recommendation is there for a reason—it's not ideal for power distribution. You should look for a PSU that supports your GPU properly.
Is this one good? I found this PSU on Amazon: https://amzn.eu/d/epuBFfu.
For real? That sounds pretty intense!
Looks solid! I guess I really will have to buy a new PSU now.
