I bought an RX580 from Amazon for $117, but I'm facing issues where the screen crashes randomly. Tomorrow is the last day I can return it, and sometimes it shows an 'AMD detected a driver timeout' error. Should I get another GPU and return this one, or what should I do?

Does the crashing happen even without any changes on your end? If not, it might be a good idea to return it and avoid future headaches. No point in keeping a faulty product!
I recommend returning it. $117 for an RX580 seems a bit steep, especially since those cards usually sell for less if they're used. Better to get your money back and find a better deal!
I agree, plenty of used options out there for cheaper. Shop around!
