Ways to Cut Costs on My PC Build Without Sacrificing Performance

I'm looking to buy a new PC and have my eye on this build: B650M K motherboard, Ryzen 5 7500F processor, Kingston 6000/4000 NVME for storage, an RTX 5060 Ti GPU (which I plan to keep), Kingston Beast 16GB DDR5 RAM, and an Enermax Starryfort Sf70H case. What can I downgrade in this setup to lower the cost while still maintaining decent performance?

You’re already pretty much at the lowest with your current build! Maybe consider going for 8GB RAM instead of 16GB, but honestly, 16GB is a good standard. Just be mindful that it might not hold up in the future if you plan on upgrades.

True, I think 32GB should be the target for most gaming rigs these days.

I'm considering upgrading to 32GB in the future too. It does the job for now though.

It would help if you shared your build on PC Part Picker. That way, we can suggest better alternatives. Also, I've heard that Kingston SSDs might not be the best; Teamgroup SSDs have been getting good reviews lately.

Consider buying used parts if you're looking to save a lot. You can sometimes find great deals!

Swap the B650 motherboard for an A620M, which can save you some bucks. If you don't mind skipping RGB, go for non-RGB RAM to save more. You might also consider switching to a SATA SSD instead of NVME to save even further.

I heard about the upcoming 9060XT too. It might be worth comparing its price to the 5060 Ti, as both have their pros and cons.

You could also consider going for a cheaper case if you want to cut down costs without affecting performance too much.
