Hey everyone! I've recently updated to macOS Tahoe, and since then, my Logitech C920 HD Pro webcam has been performing really poorly. During video calls on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, the video is laggy with very low frame rates. It's also choppy in Logitech's own software like Logi Options+ and Logi Camera. I've tried a few things: reinstalling Logitech Options+, checking all the camera and microphone permissions, plugging the webcam directly into the Mac's USB-C port, and even restarting my system—none of these worked. Has anyone else encountered similar issues after the Tahoe update? Are there any fixes or workarounds while we wait for an update from Apple or Logitech? Thanks for any help!

I totally get what you're going through! I'm having similar problems but with a Brio 4K Stream. It seems like video is jumpy on Google Meets, but works fine on Zoom. I noticed that the video quality even varies between browsers. Safari seems to handle it better than Firefox or Brave.
I found a workaround! After opening the camera, if you launch Photo Booth first, it seems to fix the lag issue. It's like the Apple app needs to access the camera first to get everything back on track. Give it a try!
Do you have to do this every time, or does it stick after the first use? I've seen different experiences with this.
Works thanks for sharing this tip!
